The Goal

The Solution


Turning Videos into Purchases


Taylor Farms joined a special advertising program between TikTok and Instacart. This program allowed TikTok ads to use shopping data from Instacart. As a result, customers could go from watching a video to buying groceries very quickly.

The company used three main strategies.


First, Taylor Farms used Smart+ Catalog Ads. These ads automatically showed different products to users through TikTok’s AI system.


Second, the company created 20 different ads with influencers. The influencers talked about seasonal foods and healthy eating to attract viewers interested in wellness.


Finally, Taylor Farms used Instacart data to target shoppers who were already interested in buying groceries online and wanted convenient shopping.

The company also studied both brand awareness and customer purchases to understand the full effect of the campaign.


The Results


Better Sales and Stronger Brand Awareness


The campaign was very successful. Taylor Farms achieved a ROAS of 1.12, which was better than their original goal.


The campaign also improved customer awareness of the brand. More people remembered the ads and became familiar with Taylor Farms products.


The results included:
